Where can I visit your showroom? ▸

We operate online. Contact us to schedule any in-person appointments if applicable.

What are your delivery time scales and charges? ▸

Standard delivery takes 7–10 business days. Delivery is free within the UK.

How long will my fabric samples take to arrive? ▸

Fabric samples are dispatched within 2–3 working days and usually arrive within 3–5 days.

Am I able to alter my bed frame? ▸

Yes, you can request design or size changes before production begins.

How do I make changes to my current order? ▸

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for any changes.

I'm not moving in for X amount of time — can you hold my order? ▸

Yes, we can hold your order if you let us know in advance.

Do you ship outside of the UK? ▸

We currently ship only within the UK.

Do you offer finance/monthly instalments or deposit schemes? ▸

Yes, we offer Klarna and Clearpay during checkout.

How do I change my shipping address for my order? ▸

Please notify us immediately for address changes. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.

I would like to clean my item I purchased from you — how do I do this? ▸

Use a soft cloth and gentle cleaner. Do not use bleach or abrasive products.
