THANK YOU FOR VISITING MY WEBSITE. MY NAME IS JACKIE POWELLMy first introduction to massage was about 15 years ago when I visited a local therapist. I quickly realised the profound benefits I gained from the treatments and decided to learn the skill myself to enable me to help other people experience the same.
I first studied with MTI. This course not only taught me massage skills, it also helped me to look at each person in a holistic way.
Later I went on to gain an ITEC diploma in Swedish Body Massage. I am also qualified in Indian Head Massage.
At this stage I started investigating other therapies and decided to study Reflexology. I'm very passionate about all my treatments but was delighted when I attained an ITEC diploma in Reflexology.
Reiki Healing is very important to me as I know it enhances all of my treatments. Reiki never ceases to amaze me and I will always remember what a wonderful experience it was when I did my Reiki level 1 and 2.
I work with a number of people with varying problems and have had beneficial results in treating diabetes, stress, anxiety and depression, digestive and respiratory problems including asthma, bronchitis and hay fever, joint and muscle aches and pains. Not forgetting hormonal problems such as pre-menstrual tension and menopause. Hopi Ear Candles have also helped people with ear and sinus problems.
My experience in working with people with cancer as a volunteer and my bereavement training is helpful when treating people who are at a vulnerable stage in their lives.
You can visit my Practice at THE CROSS KEYS SURGERY IN PRINCES RISBOROUGH, BUCKS. Princes Risborough is ideally situated to Aylesbury, Thame and High Wycombe. I also practice at THE GALLERY' IN GERRARDS CROSS which is close to Denham, Uxbridge, Beaconsfield and so within easy reach of A40, M4, M40 and M25.
